Michael Cadieux
Executive Vice President, Head of Strategic Sourcing
Michael is a 20 year+ seasoned Indirect Sourcing industry executive who has been focusing on building a successful professional services firm, SpendLogic Group, LLC., to help clients optimize their spending and minimize their costs. Prior to starting his own firm, Michael was the Chief Procurement Officer for Publicis Group, the fourth largest advertising agency based in France. Obsessed with improving the Sourcing industry as a whole through building collaborative communities such as Procurement Foundry where fellow practitioners can gather, learn and grow.
Michael’s time at Publicis Groupe exposed him to many of the common pain points for practitioners and executives in the procurement industry, as well as the solutions. More often than not, solutions to common problems were forced to resolution by enlisting the services of high-cost consulting firms. The process was both expensive and time-consuming, sometimes resulting in a solution that was not the most effective. These commonplace interactions were the basis for the Procurement Foundry – a fully vetted practitioner-based community where procurement professionals could source solutions from peers instantly and correctly.
Michael received his BA in Corporate Communications from Marist College.

Matt Trembicki
Vice President, Head of Client Services
Matt has a decade of experience in the talent advisory and executive search space, and a proven track record of evolving organizations in an advisory capacity. The majority of his experience stems from overseeing and driving expansion of the New York City office and region of a technology staffing and services firm, which consistently delivered and saw year over year growth.
Matt truly enjoys being able to coach and mentor team members on the methods that are most effective to adequately represent industry experts in the field. The majority of his expertise lies in acting as an advisor to technology executives across a number of industry verticals over the years. He has a natural ability to interact and engage with people, coupled with a true passion for learning how to create the best tailored solution for any given problem.
Matt received his BS in Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Outside of work, Matt can be found out on the golf course working on his game (a lot of work to be done), playing any racket sport, travelling, or spending time out in NYC or CT with friends and family.
